    Welcome to IDO Edge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IDO Edge platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    A reference to "IDO Edge," "we," "us," "our," or the "Company" is a reference to idoedge.com and its affiliated entities.

    1. Service Description

    IDO Edge provides an Enterprise Frontend Management Suite that includes:

    • Frontend hosting and global edge deployment on Microsoft Azure infrastructure
    • Web security services including DDoS protection and WAF capabilities
    • Analytics and monitoring tools for application performance
    • Visualization and reporting dashboards
    • Performance acceleration and optimization services
    • China market access via Azure Mooncake datacenters

    2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    2.1 Account Creation

    To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    2.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

    3. Service Usage and Restrictions

    When using our services, you agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
    • Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
    • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
    • Use automated systems to access the services without our prior written permission
    • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    4.1 IDO Edge Property

    The IDO Edge platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, is owned by IDO Edge and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    4.2 Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you upload or deploy through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

    • Host, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the services
    • Create backups and redundant copies for reliability and disaster recovery
    • Analyze usage patterns to improve service performance

    5. Service Level and Availability

    We strive to provide reliable, high-performance services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our platform may experience:

    • Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice
    • Emergency maintenance to address critical security or performance issues
    • Service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

    Enterprise customers may have specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined in their individual contracts.

    6. Payment and Billing

    6.1 Fees and Charges

    You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you use. Pricing is based on your service plan and usage levels. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

    6.2 Payment Terms

    Payment terms vary by service plan:

    • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
    • Usage-based charges are billed in arrears
    • Enterprise contracts may have custom payment terms
    • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

    7. Termination

    7.1 Termination by You

    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.

    7.2 Termination by Us

    We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

    • You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
    • Your account shows fraudulent or suspicious activity
    • You fail to pay applicable fees
    • We are required to do so by law or legal process

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
    • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
    • We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or integrations

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDO Edge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
